Wajer Yachts

Wajer Yachts is a household name in the world of luxury yachts. As a family business with over 140 craftsmen and women, full of passion and pride, we build day boats that will silence even the most demanding yacht enthusiast. But we don’t stop there. After the yacht has been delivered, we provide our customers with service that goes above and beyond the call of duty. At Wajer, owning a boat is truly without a worry.

Where do you fit in?

The Yard

Our yard includes a 4,000 m2 production hall, 1,500 m2 of winter storage and 16 fixed boathouses. Located in the northern Dutch province of Friesland, we have access to a rich tradition of highly skilled boatbuilders. It’s here where some 60 craftsmen design, build, test and tune every yacht by hand until she’s ready for launch.

Wajer Hubs

Our main goal is to make our customer’s sailing experience as pleasant as possible. That’s why Wajer takes service to another level, locally sourced from our hubs in Amsterdam, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza and Mallorca. Our customers can contact their local hub for any kind of assistance on their Wajer (maintenance, cleaning, captain & crew), for information about their Wajer or the area (like what are the best routes to sail, where are the best restaurants) and for charter possibilities. Truly all they need for a perfect day on the water, without a worry.

Office

At Wajer we are always looking for the best talent. For our production facilities, service hubs and for our office teams. Our business supporting jobs are anything but ordinary as our business and yachts are extraordinary. We have offices in Heeg (Friesland) and in Amsterdam.

Summer Care

At our various service hubs we rely on captains and crew to help out our customers with Summer Care. They all go through the Wajer Academy before the season starts so they can take their skills to a whole new level. Once our captains and deckhands graduate they are fully equipped in technical knowledge, sailing qualifications and handling emergencies. They are ready for a new season, to make sure that every day on the water with Wajer is without a worry.
